This Privacy Policy explains how Ace Family Wizard & Chore Tracker (“we”) collects, uses and protects information in the Ace Family Wizard & Chore Tracker (the “Service”). The Service is a family tool set up and supervised by parents and guardians.

1. Information we collect

Parent accounts: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), family PIN (hashed), timezone and settings, and a record of when you accepted these policies.
Children's profiles (added by a parent): first name, avatar or photo, optional email, PIN (hashed), chores, proof photos, points, badges, goals and events.
Health information you choose to add: medicines, doses, schedules, dose history, doctors' names, addresses and phone numbers.
Emergency contacts: names, relationships, phone numbers, emails and notes you add about other people.
Technical data: session cookies needed to keep you signed in, and basic logs (such as IP address and time) for security.

2. Children's privacy

Children can only use the Service through a family created by a parent or guardian, who provides consent on the child's behalf and controls what is added. We collect only what is needed to run the family's chore, event and health features. We do not show ads, sell data, or use children's information for marketing. A parent may review, change or delete their child's information at any time in the app or by contacting us.

3. How we use information

Only to provide and secure the Service: showing checklists and calendars, sending in-app reminders and notifications, calculating points and badges, storing photos privately, and preventing misuse. We never sell or rent personal information.

4. Sharing

Information is visible only to members of your own family, according to the roles and visibility settings parents choose. We share information with service providers who host and store data for us under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law or to protect safety and our rights. Sheets you print or download are under your control.

5. Security and storage

Photos are kept in private storage and shown only through short-lived links; passwords and PINs are hashed; each family's data is kept separate. No method is 100% secure, so please keep your password and PINs private.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep information while your family account is active. You can delete items in the app at any time, or ask us to delete your family's account and data by contacting us.

7. Your choices and rights

You may access, correct or delete your information and your children's information. Depending on where you live (for example under COPPA or state privacy laws), you may have additional rights; contact us to use them.

8. Health information notice

The Service is not a healthcare provider and is not a medical record system. Only add health information you are comfortable storing in a family organizer.

9. Changes and contact
